Author Guidelines

Before submitting an article for review, please make sure that the file you are attaching to the letter contains all the necessary information.
1. The name of the author(s)
Please be advised that the list of authors of the article may not include people who are not the actual authors of the article.
The name(s) is (are) provided in Russian and English.
 
2. Information about the author(s) and their affiliation
The affiliation must include the author's full name, their academic degree (if they author holds any), place of work, position, and email address. The place of work title includes the official name of the organization and its complete address. The author should also specify all places of work relevant to their research.

3. Title.
The title of the article must not exceed 10 words.
The title of the article should reflect its content, topic, and the results of the scientific research conducted by the author.

4. Lay abstract
The lay abstract must not exceed 250–300 words.
The lay abstract is provided in Russian and English.

5. Keywords
5–7 words on the topic of the article.
All bibliographic databases allow to do a keyword search. Thus, keywords should reflect the main points of the article and the scientific achievements of the research.
The keywords are provided in Russian and English.

6. Body
The full text of the author's manuscript, including the tables, the references, the title, and the annotation, must mot exceed 30,000 characters (including spaces).
The text should be set in the Times New Roman font using a 14pt font size and have a line spacing of 1.5pt. The text should also be formatted with 2 cm margins on each side of a page. International Aspect accepts docx. files.
The content of the article should be consistent with the Editorial Policy of International Aspect.

7. Bibliographic references
The references should be provided in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008 style. For more detailed information on citations and references, please see our guidelines.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
