Юрий Алексеевич Дубинин, к.ист.н., профессор Кафедры международных отношений и внешней политики России, в 2023 году отмечает 55 лет трудового стажа: 1 марта 1968 года, после окончания МГИМО, он вышел на работу в Дальневосточный отдел МИД СССР. Юрий Алексеевич специализируется на международных отношениях в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе, читает лекции студентам Факультета международных отношений, автор учебников и учебных пособий по истории международных отношений. 

В беседе с редакцией журнала «Международный аспект» Юрий Алексеевич рассказал о своих годах учебы, развитии кафедры МО и ВП России, подготовке учебных пособий, обстановке в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе и том, как важно для специалиста-международника уметь работать с первоисточниками.

Yuri Dubinin, Ph.D. in History, Professor at the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy of Russia, celebrates his 55th anniversary of professional activity: on the 1st of March, 1968, having graduated from MGIMO, he started his work in the Department of Far-East in the USSR MFA. Yuri Dubinin focuses his studies on the Asia-Pacific Region. He delivers lectures for students of the School of International Relations and took part in writing the student’s book on the history of international relations,In the interview Yuri Dubinin told the Editorial Board of International Aspect about his years of learning, the development of the Department, preparation of student’s book, balance of power in the Asia-Pacific Region and explained why it is so important for an expert in IR to work with the original documents.
